Using an integrated approach, Dr. Collier offers individual, family, couples, and group therapy for behavioural health issues. She specializes in treating addiction, mental health issues, and relational problems for tweens, teens, and adults.
FOO Mapping©
To explore the origins of patterns that do not serve, Dr. Collier offers Family-of-Origin (FOO) Mapping. In this 8-12 week process, clients will map the origins of the negative thought, feeling, and behavior patterns to create a new path of recovery.
parent coaching
Whether shaping new behaviors, increasing executive functioning skills, or to address problem behavior in children and teens, Dr. Collier assists parents, families, and caregivers with creating behavior contracts that work to change acting out and substance use issues.
speaking engagements
Dr. Collier offers keynote, panel service or break-out session presentations to professional or lay audiences that focus on neurodevelopment, addiction, ethics, genetics, counselling techniques, and prevention science.
staff training
Contact Dr. Collier to create a custom topic line-up for clinical, school, or administrative staff for inservices, staff training, or parent educational series on a variety of high-risk topics or clinical counseling training needs.
prevention programming
Brain-based prevention programming presentations developmentally appropriate for grades 3-12 or collegiate focused. Topics can be combined and tailored to focus on student or school need.
corporate training
Need to train your team on how to be secure attachment figures for customers and colleagues or how cannabis effects performance? Dr. Collier offers corporate training to improve staff relations, customer services, or individual/family/parent enrichment for staff on a vareity of tailored topics.
retreat planning
Contact Dr. Collier to tailor experiental exercises for interpersonal or corporate retreats. From 2 hours to 2 days, Dr. Collier can lead group exploration of family-of-origin patterns utilizing art and 'carpet work' to create new cognitive, affective, and behavioral patterns.
clinical supervision
Dr. Collier has been an licensed professional supervisor since 2008. She offers training in her FOO Mapping process as well as case conceptualization and support for associates who need their post-graduation hours and space to begin private practice.
